Jo has worked at Google for the past 8 years, as part of the UK Agency Team, leading the WPP business. Her role is to help agencies and their clients, grow their businesses with Google. Before that she spent 10 years in a digital start up, Equi=Media, where she was Client Services Director and worked with brands to establish their FIRST ever digital campaigns, build their first ever websites and understand what digital could do for their business (which isn't too dissimilar to the job now).
I am so excited to be part of the 2020 judging panel. Digital advertising is an exciting world with consumers dedicating the pace of change. The ability for agencies and brands to understand what this means for their business and adapt has never been more necessary and I look forward, with my fellow judges, to shine a light on the great work taking place across our industry.
