In her current role as Head of Sales for Bing Ads UK she leads an organization of regional Sales Directors, Account Directors and Managers. The Bing Network is a fast growing Search business which provides a competitive alternative for advertisers and a unique way to reach consumers through intelligent search opportunities. Being the connective tissue across a range of consumer devices and services, Bing is fundamental to the core Microsoft strategy for post sales monetisation.

Since taking on this role in July 2015, Ravleen has been the pinnacle point of driving fast-paced change in the UK Search advertising Industry. Building this organization from scratch, she has transformed the Bing business, shifting industry perception from under-dog to a fundamental for every digital marketer.
