Jon is an experienced digital advertising and marketing executive. His involvement in search marketing dates back to 2002 with WPP media agency Mindshare. He built Mindshare's first search marketing practice, working with clients like Ford, IBM and HSBC.
Jon left WPP to join Efficient Frontier’s London launch team. The bid optimisation platform grew to be one of the most successful in Europe when it sold to Adobe for $400m in 2012. Since leaving Adobe in 2014, Jon has advised several companies on search and wider digital strategy, including Croud, an independent digital media agency.
Jon has a broad interest and experience across digital advertising and marketing. He's well placed to assess best practice in search, but also to the role it plays in a wider marketing strategy.
